Mozart Interactive Museum

The Mozart Interactive Museum at Old Town Square takes you into a world of music, emotions, and modern technology. The card validity is printed directly on the card. The plastic card has its own lifespan and needs to be exchanged after it expires. The card lifespan does not affect coupon validity.

A valid coupon alone is not a valid travel document. For the travel document to be valid, the coupon must always be loaded on a valid identifier (working card, active app). If your card expires, the coupon becomes invalid until you transfer it to a valid identifier.

You can find the validity of your long-term fare in your online account in the My Coupons section. This information is also available at contact points upon presenting your identifier. Your purchased coupon is still valid, it just needs to be on a valid medium (card or app).

Card validity vs. coupon validity – what's the difference?

You can transfer your valid time coupon to the PID Lítačka mobile app and travel with just your phone. You don't need to use the Lítačka card at all. Just note that a coupon can only be on one identifier at a time — either on a card or in the app. Both at once is not possible.

The card can be arranged at the Lítačka Customer Centre at Škodův palác and at selected contact or express points. When exchanging due to expiration, you must bring the original card. You are not required to return the original card (except for exchanges due to warranty claims). A card can always only be exchanged for the same type of card.

 using the "Order Lítačka" option. The new card will be sent to you free of charge via Czech Post as registered mail. You can pick up the delivery with your ID. You can expect the card within 30 days of submitting the request.

A valid coupon alone is not a valid travel document. For the travel document to be valid, the coupon must always be loaded on a valid identifier (working card, active app). If your card expires, the coupon becomes invalid until you transfer it to a new card or app.

The oldest plastic cards were issued in {{startYear}} (with an original validity until {{originalValidity}}). These cards have been automatically extended for 10 years, i.e. until this year {{endYear}}.

However, their validity can no longer be extended and the cards need to be exchanged for new ones. Below you will find an overview of who is affected, how to verify card validity, how to arrange the exchange, and how to handle coupon transfers.

Lítačka Card Exchange – Cards Originally Valid Until {{originalValidity}}

Look at your Lítačka card. If the validity date below the photo shows the year {{originalValidity}}, the card needs to be exchanged. The exchange can be done even after the expiration date throughout {{endYear}}.

This refers to the lifespan of the plastic card itself, not the validity of the coupon.

Od 1. ledna 2026 začne platit nový Tarif Pražské integrované dopravy (PID). Přináší změny především v cenách jízdného a zároveň ještě více zvýhodňuje ty, kteří používají mobilní aplikaci PID Lítačka nebo nakupují elektronické kupóny online. Právě s nimi bude cestování v roce 2026 nejlevnější. 

**Nové ceny jízdenek v Praze**

**Jednotlivé jízdné – základní**

• **30minutová jízdenka** bude stát **36 Kč** v aplikaci PID Lítačka, **39 Kč** v papírové podobě a **42 Kč** jako SMS jízdenka. 

• **90minutová jízdenka** vyjde na **46 Kč** v aplikaci, **50 Kč** papírově a **55 Kč** přes SMS. 

• **24hodinová jízdenka** bude stát **140 Kč** v aplikaci a **150 Kč** papírově i SMS. 

• **72hodinová jízdenka** vyjde na **340 Kč** v aplikaci a **350 Kč** papírově i SMS.
 
 
 

**Jednotlivé jízdné – zvýhodněné**

Pro seniory od 60 do 65 let (po prokázání nároku) platí nižší ceny: 

• **30minutová jízdenka** bude stát **18 Kč** v aplikaci a **19 Kč** papírově. 

• **90minutová jízdenka** vyjde na **23 Kč** v aplikaci a **25 Kč** papírově. 

• **24hodinová jízdenka** bude stát **70 Kč** v aplikaci a **75 Kč** papírově. 

• Zvýhodněná 72hodinová jízdenka se nenabízí. 

Zvýhodněné jízdné mohou využívat junioři 15–18 let, studenti denního studia 18–26 let (po doložení studia) a senioři 60–65 let. 


Předplatné dlouhodobé kupóny

**Ceny předplatních kupónů pro Prahu zůstávají i v roce 2026 stejné.**
 
 
 
 
 
**Změny v pásmech**

Nově bude **Praha** počítána jako **3 tarifní pásma** (původně 4 pásma), což zmírní dopady zdražení u přeshraničních cest mezi Prahou a středočeským regionem. 


**Nové ceny ve Středočeském kraji**:

Podobně jako v Praze se zvyšují i ceny **krátkodobých a 24hodinových jízdenek**. Zdražení činí přibližně **30 % u papírových a 20 % u jízdenek v mobilní aplikaci PID Lítačka.**

Na rozdíl od Prahy dojde také ke zvýšení cen **dlouhodobých kupónů** pro vnější tarifní pásma, opět o cca **30 % u papírových a 20 % u elektronických**. 

Nově bude 4pásmová 24hodinová jízdenka platit pro libovolná čtyři navazující vnější pásma (dříve pouze pro pásma 1–4) a bude k dispozici pouze v elektronické podobě. 



**Vrácení nevyužitých jednorázových jízdenek**

Jednorázové jízdenky zakoupené v aplikaci PID Lítačka před nebo během prosince 2025 bude možné využít nejpozději do **31. prosince 2025**. 

**Od 1. ledna 2026** již tyto jízdenky nebude možné použít ani předložit při kontrole. Po tomto datu budou **automaticky zneplatněny** a v aplikaci se přesunou do sekce Historie.
**O vrácení peněz není nutné žádat**, částka za nevyužité jízdenky bude **automaticky vrácena na účet**, ze kterého byly zakoupeny. 


Změna cen a konec platnosti se netýká jízdenek pro kolo.


**V situacích, kdy z technických důvodů nebude možné provést automatický reverz platby, budeme klienty sami kontaktovat na základě dostupných e-mailových adres z uživatelských účtů.**
V případě, že nemáte registraci a nemáme na vás žádný kontakt, a nebude vám platba automaticky vrácena do konce **února 2026**, **obraťte se prosím na info@pidlitacka.cz.** Do zprávy uveďte identifikaci zakoupené jízdenky a číslo bankovního účtu pro vrácení částky.

Nový Tarif PID od 1. ledna 2026. Nejlevněji s PID Lítačkou.

The new Prague Integrated Transport (PID) tariff will come into effect on 1 January 2026. It brings changes mainly to ticket prices and provides additional benefits for those who use the PID Lítačka mobile app or purchase electronic passes online. With these options, travelling in 2026 will be the most affordable.

**New ticket prices in Prague**

**Single-ride fares – standard**

**The 30-minute** ticket will cost **36 CZK** in the PID Lítačka app, **39 CZK** in paper form, and **42 CZK** as an SMS ticket.

**The 90-minute** ticket will cost **46 CZK** in the app, **50 CZK** on paper, and **55 CZK** via SMS.

**The 24-hour** ticket will cost **140 CZK** in the app and **150 CZK** in paper or SMS form.

**The 72-hour** ticket will cost **340 CZK** in the app and **350 CZK** in paper or SMS form.

**Single-ride fares – discounted**

For seniors aged 60–65 (upon proof of eligibility), the following discounted prices apply:

**The 30-minute** ticket will cost **18 CZK** in the app and **19 CZK** on paper.

**The 90-minute** ticket will cost **23 CZK** in the app and **25 CZK** on paper.

**The 24-hour** ticket will cost **70 CZK** in the app and **75 CZK** on paper.

A discounted 72-hour ticket is not offered.

Discounted fares are available to juniors aged 15–18, full-time students aged 18–26 (with proof of study), and seniors aged 60–65.

Long-term subscription passes

**Prices of long-term subscription passes for Prague will remain unchanged in 2026**.



**Changes in tariff zones**

Prague will newly be counted as **3 tariff zones** (previously 4), which will reduce the impact of price increases on cross-boundary travel between Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.

**New prices in the Central Bohemian Region**

Similarly to Prague, the prices of **short-term and 24-hour tickets** will increase. The price rise is approximately **30% for paper tickets** and **20% for tickets purchased in the PID Lítačka mobile app**.

Unlike in Prague, the prices of **long-term passes** for the outer tariff zones will also rise, again by roughly **30% for paper** and **20% for electronic** versions.

A new 4-zone 24-hour ticket will be valid for any four consecutive outer zones (previously only for zones 1–4) and will be available exclusively in electronic form.
