Shared accounts are other separately registered accounts with which sharing has been set up. Subordinated accounts are directly part of the registration in which they were created.

What is a subordinated account?

A subordinated account allows you to directly manage the identifiers and fares of other persons from your registration without the need for a new registration. At the same time, you can also use this form to manage the accounts of children under the age of 15 who cannot have a separate registration. Creating a subordinated account is only possible in the account of a person over 18 years of age. You create a subordinated account in the Linked Accounts section. When creating an account, all you have to do is fill in the personal data of the person for whom it is created. You can assign identifiers to a subordinated account in the My Identifiers section. The person will then only accept or reject the sharing request in their account, again in the Linked Accounts section. Sharing can be cancelled at any time. Sharing is used for one-way access to your account, so if you want to manage another person's IDs and coupons, that person must share their registration with you.

Where can I find my verification code?

You will find the verification code for your account (formerly the password for communication) in the Personal Information or in the e-mail that was sent to you during registration. What notifications can I set up in my account?

With your registration you can enable or disable the sending of notifications regarding the end of the coupon validity, the expiration of the identifier and the discount category. You can also allow receiving marketing messages. Sending notifications, including adjusting the time in advance they will be sent, can be adjusted in the Notification settings.
