Instructions: Purchasing a card for people over 15

Instructions: Purchasing a card for a child under 15 years of age

Express (the card is received immediately):

What will you need?

  • Identity document
  • Photo of a child (colour ID photo) • in printed form for scanning, after scanning you will receive it back on the spot when making the card (only Škoda Palace) • taken on the spot when making the card (only Škoda Palace) • from our database, if the previous card was issued with the consent to its storage and if it meets the required parameters
  • Birth certificate of the child (copies are sufficient) or the child entered in the identity document
  • Original Lítačka card in case of replacement
  • Cash / credit card

Unless you are the child's legal guardian, you need an additional copy (or original) of your legal guardian's identity document and Power of Attorney on our form to issue the card

If you are a legal guardian other than a parent, you need a legal representation decision or other credible proof of custody of the child to issue the card.

If you are filling in an application for a card for a child under the age of 13 it can only be accepted by the legal representative, so you will upload a scan of the identity document of the legal representative and a scan of the child's birth certificate.

Instructions: Purchasing a card on behalf of another adult.

If you are arranging a card for your child who is not yet 18 years old, you can proceed same as for a child under 15. Acceptance of the card on behalf of the agency is only possible when choosing to accept the card at the branch.

  • Power of Attorney on our form need not be officially verified
  • A copy (or original) of the principal's identity document
  • Photo of the principal (colour ID photo) • in printed form for scanning; later you get it back • from our database, if the previous card was issued with the consent to its storage and if it meets the required parameters
  • Original Lítačka card in case of replacement
  • Cash / credit card

Instructions: Card replacement due to expiry

We accept protocols of theft from the Police of the Czech Republic. The protocol must not be older than 90 days. In case of non-submission of the theft report, the new card will be issued for the price of the First Card or Exchange for another reason. If you do not physically bring the original card with you during an express or standard application, the new card will be issued for the price of the First Card or Exchange for another reason. The same applies if you do not fill in the number of the original card when applying online.

Instructions: Card replacement due to theft

**We accept protocols of theft from the Police of the Czech Republic. The protocol must not be older than 90 days.

Instructions: Card replacement due to complaint

*A non-functional card that does not show signs of physical damage can be claimed.

In case of a recognized complaint, the new card will be issued free of charge. In case of physical damage (breaking, bending, etc.) the card is not entitled to a free exchange. In this case, the new card will be issued for the price of the First Card or Exchange for another reason.*

Instructions for replacing the card for another reason, especially if the data on the card print changes, the card is lost or damaged.

Instructions: Blocking and unblocking Lítačka

A blocked card cannot be used. The card can be unlocked again for reuse. The expiration date of the card and the period of service associated with the card are not affected.

*The card of a child under the age of 15 is blocked by the child's legal representative upon presentation of his / her identity document and birth certificate of the child. If the child already has his or her identity document, he or she can block the card on the spot.

To block a card without registration and an anonymous card, it is necessary to present a receipt for issuing the card.*
